Shǒuyì xué búhuì,
手艺 学 不会，
When one can not learn a craft,

Cáiliào yòng de fèi.
材料 用 得 费。
Materials cost a lot.

Zhèng shì huì de búfèi,
正 是 会 的 不费，
It costs less when you know the craft,

Fèi de búhuì.
费 的 不会。　
But it costs more when you don’t have the craft.
